Traveling with Pets

Before you go!

Before booking that pet-friendly trip, the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) recommends travelers make sure their pet:

·

Is comfortable and physically able to travel

·

Has up-to-date ID tags and microchip

·

Is allowed in the accommodations you’ve booked

·

Has a portable kennel to stay in if you need to leave them in the accommodations unattended

Flying with Pets

It’s very important to check with the airline first, as many have breed and size restrictions, plus more rules to follow and documentation requirements. Skyland World Travel has had years of experience in arranging travel for your pets!
